AIHStore (All India Hardware) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you access https://aihstore.in, use the AIHStore Android application, create an account, place an order, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.
By using AIHStore, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you use AIHStore, we may collect the following categories of information:
Account and identity information
• Name.
• Email address.
• Mobile number.
• User ID and account credentials.
• Business or shop name, where provided.
• Profile photograph, where voluntarily uploaded.
• Google account information when you use Google Sign-In.
Order and delivery information
• Billing and delivery addresses.
• PIN code and delivery instructions.
• Products ordered, quantities, prices and order history.
• Invoice, cancellation, return, refund and support information.
• GST or business information where voluntarily provided for invoicing.
Payment information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers or other payment partners. We may receive transaction IDs, payment status, payment method, refund status and limited payment-related information.
AIHStore does not ordinarily store your complete card number, UPI PIN, bank password or other confidential banking credentials.
Device and technical information
• Device type, operating system and app version.
• IP address and basic network information.
• Device or application identifiers.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver notifications.
• Crash, diagnostic, security and performance information.
• Login records and activity necessary to protect accounts and prevent fraud.
Communications and user content
• Customer-support requests.
• Reviews, ratings, questions and feedback.
• Photographs or other files voluntarily submitted with a review, complaint, return or support request.
• Messages exchanged through available platform features.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use cookies, local storage, sessions and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, maintain carts, secure transactions, understand performance and provide essential functionality.
2.HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We collect information:
• Directly from you when you register, order, contact us or submit content.
• Automatically through the website, application, cookies, logs and security systems.
• From payment gateways, logistics providers, sellers and service providers involved in fulfilling your request.
• From Google or another authentication provider when you choose third-party sign-in.
• Where permitted by law, from fraud-prevention, analytics or business-service providers.
3.HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• Process orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, returns and refunds.

4.GOOGLE SIGN-IN
If you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image and a unique account identifier.
We use this information to authenticate your account and provide AIHStore services. Google’s processing of information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and settings.
5.FIREBASE AND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
AIHStore may use Google Firebase services for authentication, analytics, diagnostics and push notifications.
A Firebase Cloud Messaging token may be associated with your device so that we can send order updates, account alerts and other permitted notifications.
You may control app notifications through your device settings. Disabling notifications does not stop essential order information from appearing inside your account or application.
6.HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share relevant information with:
Sellers
Where an order is supplied by an independent seller, we may provide the information required to process, invoice, fulfil and support that order.
Delivery and logistics providers
We may share your name, address, PIN code, telephone number, order details and delivery instructions with courier, transport and logistics partners.
Payment providers
Payment and transaction information may be exchanged with payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, fraud-prevention systems and refund processors.
Technology and service providers
We may use hosting, cloud, authentication, analytics, notification, customer-support, communication and security providers to operate AIHStore.
Professional and legal recipients
Information may be disclosed to accountants, auditors, insurers, legal advisers, regulators, law-enforcement agencies or courts where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Business transfers
If AIHStore undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing or transfer of business assets, information may be transferred subject to applicable legal safeguards.
We do not sell personal information merely for monetary consideration.
7.DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse.
Data transmitted between supported clients and AIHStore is intended to use encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no electronic system or transmission method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Users are responsible for protecting their passwords, authentication codes and devices and for reporting suspected unauthorised account activity promptly.
8.DATA RETENTION
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
• Provide accounts, orders and support.
• Maintain invoices, tax and accounting records.
• Process returns, refunds, warranties and disputes.
• Prevent fraud and security incidents.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
• Establish or defend legal claims.
Different types of information may have different retention periods. Some order, invoice, payment and legal records may be retained after an account is closed where required or permitted by law.
When information is no longer required, we may delete it, anonymise it, or securely isolate it as appropriate.
9.YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
• Access to personal information associated with your account.
• Correction or updating of inaccurate information.
• Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
• Deletion of your account and associated personal information.
• Information about how your data is processed.
• Resolution of a privacy-related grievance.
Withdrawal or deletion does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may not require deletion of records that must be retained for taxation, fraud prevention, disputes, legal claims or other lawful purposes.
11.ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Users may request deletion of their AIHStore account and associated personal information through the support or contact options available on the AIHStore website or application.
The request may require identity verification to protect the account from unauthorised deletion.
After verification, we will process the request within a reasonable period. Information that must be retained for legal, taxation, accounting, fraud-prevention, order, warranty or dispute purposes may be retained only for the applicable period.
A separate public account-deletion request page or link may be provided for users who cannot access their account.
12.LOCATION INFORMATION
AIHStore requires delivery addresses and PIN codes to fulfil physical orders.
We do not intend to collect or share precise real-time device location unless a location-dependent feature is offered, you actively use that feature, and you grant the required permission. Manually entered delivery addresses are used for order fulfilment and serviceability.
12.1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
AIHStore is a general e-commerce service and is not specifically directed at young children. Users who are not legally capable of entering into a contract should use the platform only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly seek to collect unnecessary personal information from children.
13.THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
AIHStore may contain links to manufacturers, sellers, payment providers, logistics companies, Google services or other third parties.
We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties. Users should review the privacy policies of those services before providing information directly to them.
14.INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Some service providers may process or store information outside your state or outside India. Where applicable, we will use reasonable measures and contractual arrangements intended to protect information in accordance with applicable law.
15.MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Where permitted, we may send offers, product updates or promotional communications.
You may opt out using available unsubscribe, notification or account settings. We may still send essential transactional and security communications concerning your account or orders.
16.CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in technology, services, business practices or legal requirements.
The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, application or another appropriate method.
